Crack Slaw

This is called crack slaw because it is so good people become addicted to it like it was crack.

4 servings

Ingredients:
1lb ground beef or turkey
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 green onions, sliced
14 ounces coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
1 (1g) Splenda quick pack
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste or 1/2 teaspoon fresh minced or ground ginger
1 teaspoon white vinegar

Directions:
  1. Brown ground beef, season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Heat sesame oil; sauté garlic onions and slaw until cabbage is cooked to desired tenderness.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, Splenda, ginger and vinegar.
  5. Add cooked hamburger, mix well and serve.
